Scoria winery located at kanaf on the road claiming to the Golan heights from Gamla junction at the Galilee sea.
The winery was established at 2008 and started to produce small quantities of wine for self use.
Today the Scoria winery produce 4000 bottles from Cabernet sauvignon  and Shiraz / Syrah that are growing under volcano hill (Tell Fares) at the Golan heights  
The production processes maintain high quality and they are controlled by lab at the winery in order to verify the high quality of the wine.
The wine reserved for 12 months at new and old France Oak barrels.
